TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before you make a purchase with us, please read the order steps below as to avoid any confusion.

STEP 1: Choose Your Item Codes
Are you serious about buying our items? Browse through our collection and note down all the items' codes that you want to purchase.

STEP 2: Make Your Order
Before ordering, do make sure you're ready with the following information:

a. Name
b. E-mail
c. Contact Number
d. Item Codes
e. Mailing Address

Now e-mail me ninikhalid@gmail.com together with the above information (items a. to e.)

Step 3: Wait For Our Confirmation
Always check you Junk or Spam mail folders. We will reply your e-mail informing you on the total amount required (Total price of items, discounts (if applies) and shipping cost. Please wait for our confirmation before making any payments.

Step 4: Reservation

Reservation of at least 30% deposit. Any item reserved need to be paid off within 2 days or they will be released back for sale.

Step 5: Make Your Payment

Once confirmation made, kindly make your payment to CIMB account given

-please inform and email your transaction details after u have made a payment to avoid misconstrue.

~Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

~ Once you have made the payment, please e-mail me at ninikhalid@gmail.com

Step 5: Delivery of Items

~ Once we have confirmed your payment, we will inform you once we deliver the items.
~ Please allow 2-4 days for delivery(excluding Weekends & Public Holidays).

~ Items will be sent via Pos Laju

~ no COD or self picking
~ Once mailed, we do not bear responsibility for lost or stolen items

~ If you have any questions or anything regarding the sales/items, please leave a message thru email or in our shout box.

Semenanjung Malaysia: RM 6
Sarawak: RM 10
Sabah : RM 10
